We are so proud of all students who graduated from our Leadership Academy this year.
Part of the aim of our Leadership Academy ‘The Bridge’ is to prepare our youth for employment and to improve their chances of getting employed.
The last group of students finished their course at the end of October and now they are all job shadowing. Some of them are at Pick and Pay, others in our Olive Factory or helping out on the farm. What better way to prepare for employment than to job shadow?
